Pickup requests
Submitting an order creates a request, not an automatically accepted sale. The restaurant may contact you to confirm availability, substitutions, pricing, taxes, and pickup time. Payment is due at pickup.
Sample menu
The displayed dishes and prices are sample content until confirmed by the restaurant. Actual availability and pricing may differ. Please tell the restaurant about allergies; cross-contact cannot be ruled out.
Cancellations and refunds
Call the restaurant promptly to change or cancel a request. Any refund or cancellation decision depends on whether preparation has started and the restaurant’s applicable practices.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorized access.
